1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the kub99 platform and its services. By accessing the platform or creating an account, you are automatically considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details confidential. Login details should not be shared with any third party.

3.1 Unauthorized Access

If you notice any unauthorized access to your account or any suspicious activity, you must notify kub99 immediately. kub99 will not be liable for any loss caused by the user's own negligence.

3.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

Transferring, selling, or gifting an account, its balance, or any benefits to another person is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

kub99 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, processing times may vary in some cases due to verification processes or banking delays.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawal from a bonus is not possible until the wagering requirement of any active bonus has been met.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if money laundering or fraud is suspected.

4.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Applicable exchange rates will apply for any conversion to foreign currency.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may have its own validity period and conditions.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash — they can only be used for betting.
• Multiple accounts or members of the same household may not claim the same bonus.
• kub99 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if fraud is suspected.
• Only eligible games or bets will count towards earning a bonus.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which will be clearly stated within the game. kub99 reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

6.2 Fairness of Play

All games on kub99 are operated in accordance with fair play principles. Results are determined impartially using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted due to a server outage, disconnection, or software error, kub99 will resolve the situation at its own discretion. In such cases, bets may be voided or refunded.

6.4 Sports Betting

Specific rules apply when placing bets in sports betting. If a match or event is cancelled, bets will be refunded. In the case of live betting, odds may change based on the current situation.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kub99 and may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Conducting money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Using computer programs, bots, or automated software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening, harassing, or insulting other users or staff.

• Placing bets on behalf of a third party or participating in professional betting syndicates.
• Attempting to bypass or damage the platform's security systems.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

8.1 kub99's Rights

kub99 may temporarily suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time without prior notice — particularly in cases of breach of these Terms.

8.2 User Request to Close Account

If a user wishes to voluntarily close their account, they may contact the support team. Before closure, it is possible to withdraw funds from the balance as long as the minimum withdrawal limit is met.

8.3 Forfeiture Policy

If an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, bonuses and any winnings earned from bonuses will be forfeited. However, the user's own deposited funds may be returned after considering the extent and nature of the breach.

9 Privacy & Data Protection
